Add Video is an app for smartphones and tablets that helps brands and companies understand how people think and feel about products and services – and as you are sharing your videos with us we take your privacy extremely seriously. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our app and website.

What data do we collect?
Add Video collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
- Video you upload to our server via the Add Video app.
How do we collect your data?
Add Video will collect data from third parties – generally brands, agencies or recruiters who are using our product. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or via telephone for any of our products or services – this may be via a third party.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
- Upload videos to the Add Video platform via the app.
How will we use your data?
Add Video collects your data so that we can:
- Link you to a specific group within the Add Video app.
- Contact you with updates to the app including new questions that have been issued.
Add Video is trusted to use your data by third parties – we share your data and video uploads with the third parties you have consented to share your information with. We don’t share your data with other third parties.
How do we store your data?
Add Video stores your data on our secure server for the duration of the video research project.
We generally keep the videos on the system for a period of three to six months after the survey has finished in case the company who has commissioned the research needs to review it. After that period has expired we will delete your videos and remove your contact details from the system.
Marketing
Add Video will not contact you with information about any products and services. We don’t use your information for marketing purposes, nor will we share your details with companies who may wish to do so.
What are your data protection rights?
Add Video would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Add Video for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
